Facts, allegations, and opinion
Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, impeachment resolutions, and opinion are labeled as such. A House filing, a news story, or a district-court TRO is not a finding of guilt and is not a Supreme Court holding. Later orders in New York v. Trump signed by Judge Jeannette A. Vargas are not attributed here to Judge Engelmayer.
