Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, House filings, news stories, and commentary are labeled as such. A House resolution introduced, a news story, or a district-court order is not a finding of guilt and is not a Supreme Court holding. Filing ≠ finding. Introduction ≠ removal.
